C M is likely to be honest but not honest. if ministers and top officials are demanding the money so whom we approach.if you will go against any officers or ministers so the revengeful attitudes starts. in lower cadre the clerks are the back bones of the office . in govt's organization the reply or acknowledges of the letters are not needed.we are still facing crisis es.corruption is a incurable disease at present.
