in true sense in our country,democracy is in at liberty. in democracy, no personal respect is there. only majority is the decision making body.we have seen this type of scenes in ZILA PANCHAYAT, DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. no respect of qualified person. to respect the opinions of others.when you have called the meeting and invited a such respectable person so must be respected. if not in future he will / other will think over the matter. first listen then take decision. it is an ideal way.
